Currently there is a focus on distressed Europe (Spain); but we are also re-establishing our activity in India which is beginning to emerge from The Great Recession and grow again. 

We advise our clients on balance sheet re-structuring, asset sales (real estate and loans backed by real estate), loan workouts and modifications, loan servicing, asset management, specialty hotel and resort transactions, real estate capital markets and capital raising, and bankruptcy related administration / receivership.
