Part of the Johnson Capital team for over 12 years, Rich originates, negotiates, and structures secured debt financing of institutional income-producing commercial real estate. Prior to joining Johnson Capital, Rich developed and acquired institutional properties at Birtcher Real Estate Group. Rich gained additional commercial real estate experience at national and international banks and consulting firms such as FleetBoston Financial Group, Banque Indosuez, and the Goodkin Real Estate Consulting Group/KPMG Consulting. A San Diego native, he graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a double degree in economics and history.

Rob joined Johnson Capital in August of 2007 with 30 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and corporate banking. He began his career in corporate banking in the Midwest with tenures at two of the largest Missouri based regional bank holding companies. His experience includes business acquisitions, construction and permanent real estate loans and SBA Lending. Rob has been an advisory director of California Community Bank and a member of the South County Economic Development Council. He has a degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University.
William Harp, Senior Vice President billharp@johnsoncapital.com
Mr. Harp began his investment and financial career as a trust investment officer and later as a major client lending officer with the National Accounts Division of First Interstate Bank. He enjoys a background of 30 years of institutional real estate investment experience, having served as the senior acquisition officer for CB Richard Ellis Investors and as a senior regional acquisition officer for the Ohio State Teachers Retirement System. While with CBRE he served as a member of the small executive team that originated the T. Rowe Price Real Estate Income Funds and T. Rowe Price Realty Advisors. Additionally, he has held positions as Executive Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors with the NYSE. Since 2000 he has maintained a real estate investment consulting business, advising private partnerships on acquisition strategy, structure and financing. Over the course of his career he has overseen the closing of approximately $1.5 billion of institutional real estate transactions. Mr. Harp holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS from San Diego State University.
