Rick has 25 years of commercial real estate advisory experience, including mortgage origination, real estate brokerage, investment syndication, asset management, property acquisition and valuation. Prior to joining Johnson Capital, he was with Marcus and Millichap Capital Corporation, where he arranged financing for multi-family, office, retail, industrial, single tenant, hotel, self storage facilities, mobile home parks and assisted living care facilities in markets across the country.
