Jonathan has over 13 years of commercial real estate experience including over seven years of multifamily underwriting. Prior to joining Johnson Capital, Jonathan served as a senior underwriter for Reilly Mortgage where he was responsible for underwriting both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans throughout the country. He also served as an underwriter in the Southeastern United States for Freddie Mac, where he originated and underwrote multifamily loans, developed correspondent relationships, and structured and negotiated loan terms. Jonathan also has experience with other commercial property types through past positions with Spieker Properties and Arthur Andersen’s Real Estate Services Group. He is a graduate of the College of William & Mary with a B.B.A. in finance.

Kirk Mobley, Freddie Mac Underwriter

Kirk Mobley has five years of commercial real estate experience primarily in the underwriting of multifamily loans.  Prior to joining Johnson Capital he was a Senior Real Estate Analyst with Collateral Real Estate Capital.  At Collateral his responsibilities included the underwriting of multifamily loans under the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) loan programs.  He is a HUD MAP approved underwriter and a graduate of the University of Virginia.
