Mike, who has built his 29-year career in mortgage banking and commercial real estate in Denver, is in charge of new business production in Johnson Capital’s Denver office. He is also responsible for the mortgage loan servicing department. Previously, Mike worked for L.J. Melody and Coldwell Banker, where he headed the mortgage production unit and then worked as sales manager for CB Commercial Brokerage. An accomplished developer, Mike created his own leasing and management company to service portfolio and third-party owners. He is active in numerous trade groups, as well as civic and charitable organizations. A licensed real estate broker, he majored in real estate at the University of Wisconsin, where he studied under Dr. Graaskamp.

Roscoe, better known as Buzz, began his real estate career at First National Bank of Denver. His 30-year career in business includes considerable experience as a construction lender, pension fund advisor, and commercial loan producer. He served on the board of directors of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association and ran the organization’s commercial committee for four years. Buzz received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and graduate degree from Stanford University’s School of Mortgage Banking I and II. He is a licensed Colorado real estate broker.

Brady is a Principal with Johnson Capital in Denver. Brady has 8 years of commercial real estate experience and is in his fourth year with the firm. During his career he has been involved with all aspects of commercial real estate as it relates to finance, portfolio management, asset acquisition and real estate advisory services. He is also an active investor and partner in numerous commercial real estate investments across multiple western states.
Brady earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and is active with the Brokers Benefiting Kids Charity.

Since 2004, Mr. Fisk has been a Principal in Johnson Capital, a national, privately held real estate capital advisory firm. Darren originates and advises clients on debt (secured and unsecured), equity, construction, and mezzanine structures. He focuses on the multifamily, industrial and retail side of the business and represents clients from the institutional level to the smaller real estate investor. He has produced over 3.2 billion in debt since joining the company in 2004, and has been the top producer nationally for the same time period.
Mr. Fisk received a degree in Finance and Small Business Management from the University of Colorado.

Brett has over 14 years of experience in providing capital to the Senior Housing Industry. He is currently responsible for oversight of Johnson Capital’s FHA Division in Denver, Colorado. Prior to joining Johnson Capital, Patrick managed GMAC Commercial Mortgage’s Denver FHA office and closed over $150 million worth of loans in the past 5 years. Previously, he served in the same capacity for CW Capital while also gaining valuable experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and securitized loan platforms. His mortgage banking career began with Sonnenblick-Goldman in their Denver office. He has a Construction Science and Finance degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Joe has been involved in the finance of commercial real estate for the past 15 years. Most recently he was at Capmark Finance, Inc. in the FHA Lending division where he worked on financing Healthcare and Multifamily assets. Prior to Capmark, Brill served as Director of Due Diligence at ARC REIT where he was involved in the acquisition and finance of over 300 properties representing $1.5B in value. He began his career at General Electric where he was the lead power systems engineer on the Mars Observer Spacecraft. Joe has an M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Charley has over 25 years of experience in mortgage banking and commercial real estate. He specializes in procuring debt and equity financing for commercial real estate projects. He co-founded and was senior vice president of Kensington Capital, a Dallas-based real estate investment banking firm. He has also held vice president positions at Grubb & Ellis Mortgage Group and Paragon Group, Inc. Charley holds an undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Kansas and a Masters in city and regional planning from Harvard University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Mitch is responsible for originating, underwriting and negotiating debt and equity structures through the capital markets. Previously he worked for a direct lending subsidiary of Johnson Capital where he originated and underwrote value added and opportunistic transactions. Mitch received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska and his Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Denver.

Jerry Kendall is a Director at Johnson Capital. In his 22-year career in commercial real estate finance, he has produced more than a billion dollars in loans. Kendall has in-depth experience in financing all types of commercial real estate, but the majority of his success has been financing multifamily properties. In the last seven years, he has completed more than 600 multifamily property transactions and become one of the most successful multifamily lenders in the Denver marketplace. Jerry graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Finance.

Jill has been with Johnson Capital since 2005. She performs financial and real estate analysis on all types of commercial real estate debt and equity structures. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Redlands where she majored in business and economics. Jill also holds her real estate license in the state of Colorado.
