As a founding member of Johnson Capital’s Washington D.C. Metro office, John is a co-manager of Johnson Capital’s Freddie Mac lending platform. Utilizing over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, he originates and places real estate capital for commercial and multi-family properties throughout the United States. Before joining Johnson Capital John was a vice president of production at Reilly Mortgage Group. While there, he successfully originated and closed over $1.5 billion in apartment financings. Additionally, while serving as a multi-family underwriter and one of the top producers for Freddie Mac, John originated and underwrote multi-family loans, built correspondent relationships, marketed various products, and structured and negotiated loan terms throughout the Southeast. John has also worked as a commercial real estate loan representative for Perpetual Savings Bank where he serviced and managed a $500 million commercial loan portfolio. He is a graduate of the University of Utah.
Marty J. Fayer, Senior Vice President

Martin has over 10 years of experience in mortgage banking, mortgage brokerage, and direct mortgage lending and is a founding member of Johnson Capital’s Washington D.C. Metro Office. In addition to co-managing the Freddie Mac multi-family lending platform at Johnson Capital, he originates and places real estate capital for commercial and multi-family properties throughout the United States. Before joining Johnson Capital, Martin was a vice president of loan production at Reilly Mortgage Group, where he originated multi-family and commercial mortgages. He was also a key commercial and multi-family loan producer for the Residential Funding Corporation’s (“RFC”) Conduit. Prior to joining RFC, Martin was a multi-family underwriter in the Southeastern United States for Freddie Mac, where he originated and underwrote multi-family loans, developed correspondent relationships and structured and negotiated loan terms. Marty holds a B.S. in finance and a Masters degree in finance from American University’s Kogod School of Business. His current memberships include the Mortgage Bankers Association, National Multi Housing Council, and the Northern Virginia Apartment Association.
Jonathan Harris, Chief Freddie Mac Underwriter and Asset Manager

Jonathan has over 13 years of commercial real estate experience including over seven years of multifamily underwriting. Prior to joining Johnson Capital, Jonathan served as a senior underwriter for Reilly Mortgage where he was responsible for underwriting both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans throughout the country. He also served as an underwriter in the Southeastern United States for Freddie Mac, where he originated and underwrote multifamily loans, developed correspondent relationships, and structured and negotiated loan terms. Jonathan also has experience with other commercial property types through past positions with Spieker Properties and Arthur Andersen’s Real Estate Services Group. He is a graduate of the College of William & Mary with a B.A. in finance. Jonathan currently works out of the San Francisco office.
Raymond Owono, Asset Manager

Raymond's daily responsibilities include managing the assets in the portfolio, and also assisting with processing, underwriting and loan closings. Prior to joining Johnson Capital, Raymond was a junior analyst with CharterMac Mortgage Capital. At CharterMac, Raymond's responsibilities included processing and assisting with loan closings for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Raymond graduated from University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S. in finance.
Jason R. Miller, Director of Loan Origination

Jason Miller is a Director of Loan Origination for Johnson Capital Group, Inc (“JCG”). As Director at JCG, Mr. Miller is responsible for negotiating, underwriting and placement of permanent, mezzanine and bridge/interim debt of to-be-built and existing multi-family projects, condominiums, office, retail and various other commercial assets. Mr. Miller has approximately 10 years of experience in the real estate finance industry. Mr. Miller began his career with Arthur Andersen as an auditor at Freddie Mac. He later joined JCG in 2002 and eventually became a Director. Prior to focusing on loan origination, Mr. Miller worked closely with the principals to develop an understanding of underwriting, asset management and servicing. Mr. Miller is a graduate of Washington & Lee University where he received a B.S. in Accounting.
Ken Schwartz, Director

Ken has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate lending industry with a focus in Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multi-family lending programs. Schwartz works with Johnson Capital’s Freddie Mac production platform to help originate, negotiate, structure and underwrite multi-family transactions. Prior to joining Johnson Capital, Ken was a vice president at Wachovia Securities where he served as a national loan producer. Before his origination role, he was an underwriter as well a production analyst. He attended Tulane University and holds a B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Anne M. DuBosque, Asset Manager
Anne has over 10 years’ experience in mortgage servicing. Her daily responsibilities include managing the assets in the Freddie Mac portfolio. Prior to joining Johnson Capital, Anne spent 8 years with Greystone at their servicing office in Warrenton, VA. At Greystone, Anne was a Jr. Asset Manager and Inspections Coordinator for Greystone’s Fannie Mae multifamily portfolio and managed special servicing of a defaulted FHA/VA single family portfolio. Anne also gained seven years’ experience in office management with a personal financial asset management firm in CT. Anne graduated from American University with a B.A. in International Relations/East Asian Language and Area Studies.
Elizabeth Loun, Analyst
Elizabeth joined Johnson Capital in January of 2007. She works as an analyst with the Freddie Mac group, assisting with loan production, processing, and closings. She earned a B.A. from the College of William and Mary and an M.S. from the University of Southern Mississippi.
