Glenn joined our group after nearly 20 years with Huntoon Hastings — the FHA lender that is now part of Johnson Capital. Glenn was instrumental in building Huntoon Hastings’ portfolio through acquisitions from mortgage companies, thrifts, commercial banks and other institutions. A nationally recognized mortgage expert in FHA-insured programs, Glenn began his career as a vice president in the commercial loan subsidiary of Norwest Corp. which, under Glenn’s guidance, rapidly became the nation’s largest volume lender. Prior to joining Huntoon Hastings, Glenn was president of Merrill Lynch Huntoon Paige, where he managed origination and servicing of FHA-insured construction and permanent loans — a group that closed approximately $4.5 billion in loans in five years. Glenn holds a B.A. in English from St. John’s University.

Jeffrey R. Bull, Vice President

Before joining Johnson Capital Jeff was a member of the Huntoon Hastings team. He began his career there in 1989 as manager of the servicing accounting department. His responsibilities increased to management of the loan servicing operation. Jeff was also responsible for the company’s servicing-related credit lines, arbitrage facilities, and management of escrow balances. His experience includes oversight of a diverse $10 billion servicing portfolio involving FHA, GNMA Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and conventionally financed loans. Jeff has also worked for Travelers Mortgage Services as a loan closer and internal auditor. He received a Masters degree in business administration from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science degree from Connecticut State University.

John Wong, Vice President

John is vice president of Johnson Capital's HUD origination group. He originates HUD insured construction and permanent loans for multifamily, seniors housing and healthcare developments. He also originates conventional commercial loans. John has 16 years of experience in commercial brokerage, structured finance and commercial loan origination. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in its structured finance group. In addition, he specialized in tax-exempt housing finance for multifamily developers and apartment investors nationwide at Newman Associates. Most recently, he originated HUD loans at GMAC Commercial Mortgage. John holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
