Rolf Abt, Director of Mortgage Loan Servicing

Prior to joining Johnson Capital in May 2006, Rolf was with Great-West Life for 23 years and served as the manager of mortgage servicing for the past 16 years. His vast experience includes everything from traditional correspondent relationships to direct servicing of loans. He has participated in the acquisition of other portfolios and was instrumental in developing more efficient reporting and accounting systems for Great-West. Rolf is a member of the Canadian Certified General Accountants (CGA) Association. He has served on the board of several non-profit organizations and remains engaged in local public education organizations. Rolf graduated from Red River Community College with an associates degree in accounting.

Barbara J. Hoover, Loan Servicing Specialist

Barbara, who has several years of experience in property management and accounting, works with borrowers, insurance agents, and lenders in order to ensure that all insurance policies are current and meet the lenders’ requirements. She assists as needed with other various servicing functions.
