Hospitality industry veteran Dr. Donald W. Wise joined Johnson Capital to shepherd the newly created Global Hospitality Industry practice as the Managing Partner. In 1984, Dr. Wise created the Lodging and Hospitality Services Group nationwide for the then seventy-seven offices of CB Richard Ellis, Inc.  He was the senior member of that hospitality practice until he resigned, as a First Vice President, after twenty years with CBRE.  He has closed hotel and resort transactions throughout coastal and inland California and in eight (8) of the Western states, including five (5) major oceanfront resorts and yacht marinas in Kauai and Maui, Hawaii, and Mexico and consulting services in French Polynesia and the Caribbean.
